Lynne Cormack has worked extensively throughout North America for over 40 years in theatre, film and television.
Film credits include major and supporting roles in over 30 features and mini-series, and 70 guest star or recurring roles in episodic television.
Theatrical credits include four seasons with the Shaw Festival, numerous productions for Canadian Stage Company, as well as appearances in regional theatres across Canada and the U.S.
She is a recipient of the L.A. Dramalogue award for best performance.
Since 2005, Lynne has taught acting and auditioning for the camera, in addition to designing specialized workshops in the “business” of acting.
Lynne has taught for The Academy at the Shaw Festival, The Canadian Film Centre, The National Theatre School of Canada (as a visiting director in camera studies for 4 years), the Directors Guild of Canada, Equity Showcase Theatre, St. Lawrence College , ACTRA Members Conferences, ACTRA Maritimes, the P.E.I. Conservatory, & Sheridan College Musical Theatre Program.
In addition to giving workshops under her own banner of “THE AUDITION LAB,” Lynne also works extensively with both production companies and private individuals in specific audition coaching and the overall process of acting for the camera.
